Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council are inviting Expressions of Interest for a Design Service and Retrofit Coordination for the existing Leisure Facilities at Colwyn Leisure Centre, Eirias Park, Colwyn Bay, LL29 7SP Abergele Leisure Centre, Faenol Avenue, Abergele , LL22 7HT Llandudno Swimming Centre, Mostyn Broadway, Llandudno, LL30 1YR and Llandudno Junction Leisure Centre, 6G Road, Llandudno Junction, LL31 9XY We are seeking an experienced and capable main works designer with wet and dry leisure experience to deliver the corporate vision, image and communicate this to our customers and the general public. The initial designs and branding are established however, we are looking to expand this throughout the rest of the premises including changing facilities, gymnasiums, pool side areas and general thoroughfares. The Council will be launching a procurement to complete the refurbishment works to the premises detailed above. The potential scope of works will include but is not limited to: - Refurbishment and or relocation of the existing reception areas to incorporate new branding and generally throughout the premises. Over-cladding of the external entrance facades of the buildings to promote the branding Potential landscaping works in the immediate vicinity of the entrances.
