Demolition works to Duffryn Building, Treforest Campus

Description of the goods or services required

The demolition of D Block, Treforest Campus. The works include the

complete demolition and carting away of all materials following

demolition. Reinstatement works and supply and installation of

permanent hoarding once demolition completed.

Total quantity or scope of tender

Work Description:

To demolish D Block including all foundations and floor slabs.

To remove any asbestos and associated contaminated

materials in conjunction with the demolition works.

To remove all surplus fixtures and fittings from site.

To cap off all necessary underground services and grub up.

To reinstate the land following demolition.

To carry out any hard landscaping as required.

To provide soft landscaping as required

Provide electronic topography drawings of all areas demolished

To remove all waste and materials associated with the

demolition from site, and to dispose of in a compliant manner

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Interested parties must be able to and document in their response:

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;

Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria;

Meet the critical programme deadline;

Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;

Undertake a site visit. This forms part of the Quality assessment criteria;

Fully price up the tender as stipulated in the Tender Return document

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 20th May 2022.
