Cadwyn Clwyd Cyfyngedig (hereafter Cadwyn Clwyd), in partnership with Wicked Wales Films & West Rhyl Young People’s Project, wish to commission a consultant to undertake a feasibility study to determine the need for, viability, and potential benefits of developing a of a creative hub in Rhyl/Prestatyn, serving local communities and the wider region.
