An exciting opportunity has arisen for a minimum of 2 GPs in a partnership to take over the General Medical Services Contract of Rhoslan Surgery in Colwyn Bay and care for the 9,910 registered patients. The base is a fabulous, modernised former school building with plenty of potential for development having an entire floor of expansion space. Furthermore there are no head lease liabilities as the lease is held by the Health Board.
