Abstract

The purpose of this specification is to implement a single SAR and FOI Management system, which will ensure the maintaining of existing services with improved processes and functionality. Minimising impact and any disruption in the provision of information to the general public in line with UK GDPR / DPA and FOI and EIR Acts. It will also provide the necessary support for operational and business change, and meets the organisations vision by supporting patients, healthcare professionals, managers and staff.
