Abstract

The Welsh Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (herein after referred to as “the Client”) is looking to undertake an evaluation of the support offered to the tourism sector under the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014-2020 . This consists of a Wales-wide marketing campaign and four Visit Wales projects: • the Micro and Small Business Fund (MSBF) operating through the Tourism Investment Support Scheme (TISS), • the Tourism Amenity Investment Scheme (TAIS) operating through the Tourism Investment Support Scheme (TISS), • the Regional Tourism Engagement Fund (RTEF) and; • the Tourism Product Innovation Fund (TPIF).
