Description of the goods or services required

The Design and Construction of an Early Years Provision playgroup facility, approx. 116m2 to include 70m2 classroom, staff area, kitchen, store and toilets along with the inclusion of a canopy to the rear of the building and associated external works. RIBA Stages 0 and 1 have been completed and a basic concept layout has been provided in response to the requirements of 30hr Childcare Capital Grant provisions. No elevations have been produced.

The contractors are required to provide a tender for the full design (fully delivering RIBA Stages 2, 3 & 4) and construction of the building and surrounding areas in line with the Client’s Requirements detailed in Volume 3 – Scope, Site Information & Client’s Requirements.
