The Port of Milford Haven wishes to commission a study to provide research and a report on the skills gap in the Milford Haven Waterway Energy Sector. The sector comprises incumbent operations, as well as new and emerging industries in and around the Haven. Also, to be included in the study are prospective investors and developers that may not be based directly in the Haven Waterway but who may undertake significant activities as the energy sector transitions to Net Zero.
