Abstract

The Wallich is the Lead delivery partner of a new Project called The Gwent Helping End Homelessness Project. We are looking to appoint a Learning partner who will work with The Service Manager, Evaluation Steering Group & Service User Evaluation panels to gather evidence and assess the impact of the project. This will include defining the best approach to evaluation, including service users and participants in defining learning questions, making recommendations and ultimately co-designing future project delivery. The evaluation will seek to assess the extent to which the project had had an effect, and the nature of this effect, based on the aims of the project – and where possible understanding the impact by comparing against other programmes which share similarities and whose service users are from the same socio-demographics.
