Abstract

Public Health Wales requires an experienced provider to assist us in understanding our current and desired Employee Value Proposition and who can develop a road-map for embedding our desired EVP with a primary focus on attraction and retention of diverse talent. This work will ensure Public Health Wales is recognised for not only what it delivers for the population of Wales, but what it delivers for its workforce, contributing to becoming an employer of choice. Detailed Requirements Include: 1. Develop or apply a robust EVP model/framework and articulate the sources and types of information required to shape a new EVP and assess our current situation 2. Review the all the current work strands and organisation information that exists and define and undertake the additional research likely to be required to ensure we have covered all the perspectives of: • Our existing workforce (including Board, TUs, and Networks) • New and diverse workforce • Those exiting the organisation • Potential employees • Key stakeholders including academia and strategic partners 3. Develop and articulate what our aspirational but achievable EVP needs to be in order to meet our people ambition and deliver our long-term strategy as well as meet the expectations of our people 4. Assess our current EVP, identify gaps and recommend areas for action 5. Provide a detailed road-map setting out the priority areas for effectively embedding the EVP along with realistic timeframes 6. Recommend potential ways in which could measure the effectiveness of our EVP
