Tai Tarian is seeking to engage a Contractor with a proven track record of delivering best practice on similar contracts. The appointed Contractor will need to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social environment agenda within the community in which they will operate.

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint One Contractor to undertake works to Retaining Walls, Fencing, Paths, Clearance and Miscellaneous Associated Works which will include re-positioning existing boundaries and creating new boundaries.

There are approx. 4 properties consisting of 2nr Semi-detached Blocks located in Heol Y Llwynau, Trebanos SA8

The contractor is required to provide a fixed price lumpsum quotation to carry out external works to the front and rear gardens works as per the drawings & schedules provided:

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

Tai Tarian is committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the wider community. Consequently Community Benefits clauses will be considered as part of the proposed procurement as Core to address socio-economic and/or environmental issues.

The ‘Core’ approach means that Community Benefits are being ‘bought’ as part of the subject matter of the contract i.e. will be evaluated as part of the tender process.

The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
