Abstract

We are looking to work with a motivated and dynamic provider that have the experience and ability to deliver on interventions that will cater for existing & aspiring leaders including, administrative colleagues, middle managers, and senior managers, resulting in learning across all of these groups. We are looking to work with a provider to develop and establish a series of development interventions with the aim of equipping our leaders now and succession planning. Also, to enable a shift in mindset that is required at all levels of Leadership and Management in WAST to lead our Organisation through major change and transition To this end we would like to engage and work with a provider who is dynamic, motivated, and able to undertake the following: • Bring energy into the leadership cohort – understand the impact of our own energy has on others • Introduce tools and techniques which will enable a proactive approach to change and bring about lasting change • Understand their 360-leadership role upwards, downwards, and sidewards • Own responsibility to embrace our leadership roles • Increase confidence • Encourage empower • Make the intervention memorable and motivational for participants • Engage and embrace those who may resist Ultimately, we are looking for interventions that leave our leaders and managers equipped to take on the challenges we face in WAST. Leaving them feeling the development and experience has been all about them to support them to deliver their role.
