Abstract

Cadwyn Clwyd Cyfyngedig (hereafter Cadwyn Clwyd), in partnership with Denbigh County Council (DCC), Flintshire County Council (FCC) and Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC), wish to commission a consultant to undertake a project evaluation, with written mid-term and end of project evaluation reports, of the NEW Digital Access project, part of Welsh Government’s Rural Development Plan - Cooperation and Supply Chain Development scheme.
