Energy efficiency works to main building and function room at Craig y Nos country Park

Description of the goods or services required

Replace old and failing (all) windows and doors to main building - first and ground floors, both aspects. Improve access to ground floor, include associated works to covered walkway. Replace old and failing (all) windows and doors to function room, both aspects. Improve access to function room, build stud wall at east end of room, install under-floor heating, insulate, re-decorate and lay replacement floor. All installations must be energy efficient and sympathetic to the buildings.
