Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Refurbishment of Evergreen Hall.

BCBC intends appointing a Lead Contractor to fully undertake and assume full responsibility for the delivery of the Contract, in close liaison with the Authority’s Appointed Person(s).

Brief description: This tender is for the general refurbishment of Evergreen Hall – See Folder entitled “Specification of Works - Evergreen Hall, Bridgend” on the ETenderWales portal for the Works Documents Suite. The Tender includes an element of Contractor Design and Works under the following general headings:

* General internal refurbishment.

* Minor electrical works.

* Minor mechanical works.

* New reception entrance.

* Extend entrance ramp.

* Replace conservatory.
