Abstract

Denbighshire County Council are looking to procure an online public consultation and engagement solution which can seamlessly co-exist with the Council’s existing websites. In brief, the tools the solution must offer must include the ability to manage, administer and publish the following online engagement activities: • Consultation / engagement projects (as a web page/hub) that can be public or unlisted (not available for public viewing) • Surveys that can be public or unlisted (not available for public viewing) • Event listings • Online Citizen Panels, including the ability to create and customise citizen profiles and the ability to generate unique mailing lists based on citizens’ profiles • Discussions / Chat Forums Technical requirements for this solution include: • Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard (compliance level AA) and be capable of supporting assistive technologies such as screen reader software, speech recognition software and screen magnification software. • The solution will include cookies consent where applicable • The solution will be bi-lingual (Welsh/English) and meet Denbighshire County Council’s Welsh Language Standards • The solution will meet Denbighshire County Council’s GDPR and Data Protection requirements including: o Compliance with the Council’s Corporate Data Retention schedule; o Compliance with the Council’s Data Protection procedures; • The solution will meet Denbighshire County Council’s branding guidelines If you are able to provide this software, please email procurement@denbighshire.gov.uk to register your interest along with a short description of your software by 16th September 2022.
