Electric Vehicle Charging Point Installation

Description of the goods or services required

Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking a contractor to carry out the supply and installation of 12 electric vehicle charging points at the University’s Llandaff and Cyncoed campuses. The University requires the installation of 6 charge points at the Llandaff campus and a further 6 charge points at the Cyncoed campus. The installation of the charging points is to be carried out following the installation of the infrastructure which has taken place during phase 1 of the project.

The work involves the supply and installation of 12x twin 3 phase 22kW electric vehicle charging points supplied from a dedicated feeder pillar which was installed in phase 1 of the project. These works will include groundworks and associated ducting and cabling from the feeder pillar to the charging points.

The major infrastructure work and main cable has been completed in phase 1 of the project.
