The client wishes to commission an evaluation of the Period Dignity Grant. The aim of this is to assess the efficacy of the current funding and period product dissemination process and the impact the grant is having on recipients of period products. The evaluation should apply across the life of the grant (2018-2019 – 2022-2023). Evidence from this evaluation will inform future policy development in relation to period dignity in Wales.
