Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council (the ‘Authority’) wishes to appoint a suitable Supplier (the ‘Supplier(s)’) to be a multi-disciplinary design team, led by a Lead Consultant to complete the full design of the works up to the end of RIBA Stage 4 for construction of a new Waste Transfer Station at Plot 1 (former location of H L Motors) on the Tre Marl Industrial Estate, Llandudno Junction. This tender pack sets out the information which is required by the Authority in order to assess the suitability of Suppliers.
