Description of the goods or services required

To secure a venue to stage a residential One Welsh Public Service Leadership Summer School 26-30 June 2023 in Wales. The venue must be able to provide the following:

• A room/hall to seat 260, “cabaret” setting, space for a main stage, translator, and 26 tables

• 25 syndicate/meeting rooms for group work, to hold minimum 12-15, (14 will be used as workshop rooms holding 20-30) and 6 small 1:1 coaching rooms each within 5 minutes walking distance of main hall.

• Excellent technology and internet access, including Wifi

• Single en-suite rooms for 260 people, some disabled access if required.

• On-site daily catering 260 people: breakfast; lunch; dinner; 2 refreshment breaks.

• Facilities for administration support.
