Brief Scope:
‘The subcontractor is to repair the existing retaining wall (15m Long x 3m High) with dense concrete blocks and masonry cladding (to match existing) on the exposed roadside face. Additionally, a masonry coping is also required. Access to the worksite will be via a set of temporary steps from Harcourt Terrace.’
Griffiths will provide railway possession, safety critical staff, welfare, and overarching works package plan.
Subcontractor to provide, competent staff to undertake the works and all materials and equipment needed, unless noted otherwise. RAMS for the works and any other safety documentation needed. Certification for the works in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Please price against the provided bill of quantities provided within the zip folder attached, enclosed within the zip folder is also a draft version of our subcontract to be used as a reference for our T&Cs.
