Gwynedd Council Plant Hire Tender Workshops

Gwynedd Council intends to issue two separate tender opportunities to appoint suppliers to our Plant Hire Framework Agreements:

1. Plant Hire with Operator

2. Plant Hire without Operator

Suppliers will be able to submit prices for both plant hire equipment with and without an operator, as well as being able to provide prices accross 5 geographical areas within Gwynedd.

Suppliers will need to complete and submit they’re submission and relevant documentation through the eTenderwales website.

The tender process will be conducted in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 with the invitation to tender published during week commencing the 17th of October 2022.

Gwynedd Council has arranged tendering support through Business Wales to prepare Welsh SME's for the upcoming opportunity.

The Support includes:

1. How to submit a response through the eTenderwales websites.

2. Best practice in tendering and a review of your submission.

To access this support, suppliers will be able to organise an hour slot with a Business Wales Officer at the Glaslyn Leisure Centre, Porthmadog.

Dates are available on either the 26th or 27th of October 2022.

To arrange a slot you will be required to send an email to procurement@gwynedd.llyw.cymru by 12:00 on the 21/10/22.
