Abstract

To invite willing providers to submit a quote to deliver the service outlined in this document to create a new Healthy Working Wales website. It is expected that the new website will be live and fully operational by 31st March 2023 and followed by support and maintenance until 31st March 2026. HWW currently has a bilingual website (https://phw.nhs.wales/services-and-teams/healthy-working-wales/). The site was first commissioned in 2012 and launched in 2013, before transitioning to PHW MURA platform in 2020 to meet the accessibility standards. The website is comprised of over 100 pages. Following a recent review of the HWW website a number of improvements have been identified including: Achieving higher levels of employer and employee participation. Developing a number of more focused communities within the broader membership, for example, via discussion boards. Continuing to digitalise the current HWW model, for example, through greater use of social media, webcasts and webinars. Improving access to content on the website, particularly relating to events, tools and network media such as e-bulletins, webinars or podcasts. The aim of this project is to develop a new HWW website in order to improve the user experience, engage with a larger audience, enhance effectiveness and project the Programme’s brand effectively.
