1.1 Plan brand marketing strategy including details on the current market performance, market segmentation, target shopper segmentation, key discussion theme hooks, sales & brand awareness goals
1.2 Plan and oversee an integrated multi-media communications campaign running in January, managing multiple agencies and stakeholders
1.3 Oversee on-brand content creation (videography & photography) to build up a bank of content for campaigns and longer term use
1.4 Social media and email marketing management to build strategy for digital audience
1.5 Manage monthly schedule for social media posts as well as paid advertising strategy
1.6 Create brand guidelines including brand values, mission and tone
1.7 Manage and plan ongoing brand PR and PR specific to campaigns
1.8 Grow brand awareness into GB and show tangible sales results
1.9 Maximise campaign impact within budget
1.10 Collate detailed campaign report and present learnings to other Welsh businesses
1.11 Plan and execute community and education projects on behalf of the brand
