Abstract

SEEC is required to commission an Inception, Mid-term and Final external evaluation of the project to report progress to the project sponsors. The evaluations are essential to measuring and monitoring how successful the project is to date in meeting its aims and objectives. We are seeking to appoint a contractor with previous demonstrable experience in conducting project evaluations of similar scale, in particular European Regional Funded Projects. This quote is to appoint a contractor to undertake the summative Final evaluation.

SEEC is required to commission an Inception, Mid-term and Final external evaluation of the project to report progress to the project sponsors. The evaluations are essential to measuring and monitoring how successful the project is to date in meeting its aims and objectives. We are seeking to appoint a contractor with previous demonstrable experience in conducting project evaluations of similar scale, in particular European Regional Funded Projects.

This quote is to appoint a contractor to undertake the summative Final evaluation.

The Final evaluation will be undertaken in the period from end of November 2022 for an anticipated duration of 14-15 weeks. A draft evaluation report should be submitted to the SEEC Project Manager on 1/03/23 and a final agreed report is required by 31/03/23.
