Abstract
The Integrated Rebalancing Capital Fund (IRCF) supports the development of two priority areas:
1. The delivery of integrated Health and Social Care Hubs
2. Rebalancing the residential Social Care market.
This funding is part of a new programme set up to directly support the Programme for Government (PfG) commitment of developing 50 integrated Health and Social Care Hubs nationally, alongside the rebalancing of the Social Care market. It promotes the strategic vision of IRCF, to offer a proactive, coordinated and co-located approach to service provision, focused on the health, social care, housing, education, third and voluntary sectors around the needs of the local population, with an intervention and preventative model.
We are commissioning a feasibility study to scope the delivery of an IRCF programme of capital work in Wrexham. The study will be completed within a 6 month timescale.
