Generic courses for Staff and Associate (SAS) Doctors and Dentist

Description of the goods or services required

The Staff and Associate Specialist (SAS) Doctors and Dentists Section of HEIW are seeking providers of quality training in generic courses. They require access to CPD which meets their needs and relates to their career stage and ambitions and delivers a better trained doctor. This will provide them with the knowledge and skills to help them qualify for entry onto the General Medical Council’s Specialist Register and to work as a consultant.

The courses to be delivered are:

- Clinical Leadership (in active practice)

- Coaching and Mentoring

- Human Factors and Adaptive Working

- Advanced Teaching Courses for Healthcare Workers

- Finding Balance and Empowering Patients

- Communication Skills
