Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council operates a Direct Payments Scheme and currently contracts with an external organisation to deliver a Direct Payments Support Service. This contract has come to an end. 2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Conwy County Borough Council operates a Direct Payments Scheme and currently contracts with an external organisation to deliver a Direct Payments Support Service. This contract has come to an end.

Going forward the Council wishes to procure a direct payments support service for a period of 24 months under a revised Service Specification with an option to extend for a further twelve months.
