Abstract

A WelTAG Stage Three: Full Business Case (FBC) is required in support of the design of the Mold Road Complex Urban Segment (CUS), which comprises Mold Road between Wrexham General Station and the junction with Hope Street and includes the gyratory (Central Road and Bradley Road) around the Border retail park.
