II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Authority requires a ‘Data Quality System' (DQS) to support individual General Medical Practices with their auditing, reporting, and associated data quality requirements for national and local initiatives. The required solution will need to incorporate the following components:
i. A ‘General Medical Practice software utility’ (GMP software utility) (“the solution”) that will extract, analyse, and present data held within the host General Medical Practice clinical information systems.
ii. A GMP software utility that will shall additionally extract appointment data to facilitate the reporting of appointment activity.
iii. A ‘Module Management Utility’
iv. A ‘Module Authoring Tool’ that will enable the Authority to develop modules to be deployed to the GMP software utility
v. Data submission management
vi. The provision of an endpoint (the DQS Endpoint) to receive and process aggregate data submissions from the GMP software utility
