Description of the goods or services required
The replacement of enveloping windows of Blocks C and D, in the
Accommodation Village of Treforest Campus, Pontypridd.
The replacement of the existing external windows to the 3 floors of Blocks C and D with new UPVC windows

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;
Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria. Robust and full answers must be provided;
Meet the window performance specification issued
Meet the critical programme deadline;
Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;
Undertake a site visit;
Fully price up the tender as stipulated in the tender return

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.
Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 17th March 2023.
You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.
