Swansea Council are considering their future arrangements for textile recycling. Swansea Council is considering entering into an existing regional framework but are issuing this PIN to see if there are other parties that could provide a better financial and technical offer.

Swansea Council would like to hear from parties that can:

• Provide serviced skips/containers at various locations around the County

If you wish to respond, please send the following information to zoe.payne@swansea.gov.uk:

• Name and contact within your organisation

• Details of service including ability to collect and recycle all grades of textiles (including wet, rags, etc.)

• Indicative price linked to WRAP material pricing index
