Additional Information

Your role will be to work with the volunteers collaboratively to determine the form the short film takes to maximise the engagement with the audience of the completed film.

The final product will be presented on various social media sites (YouTube /websites) and may also be shown at in-person events. The final product must therefore be issued in a format that is suitable to meeting these requirements.

All materials and associated costs required for undertaking the activities must be provided in advance as part of your expression of interest

We are delighted that we have already secured the participation of several young people from the Hwb, a local youth venue. We will support further engagement to increase community participation within this project.

The available budget for the delivery of the project is (Max.) £5,000 to include fees, expenses, materials, some venue hire maybe required and all editing and final film completion costs as well as final master (Digital file or DVD). Fees will be payable in three instalments (beginning, mid-term and after completion).
