Abstract

The asbestos removal contract will be to do the below: -liaising with the planned team to carry out Asbestos Removal prior to upgrade works, e.g. Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments; removal will occur to remove all asbestos elements and the planned team will go in after to upgrade -adhoc support to the trade teams, shadow vacuuming / removal of patch of ceiling during maintenance and repair works. This is as needed based on tenant repair needs but accounts for approx. 40% of the contract -large scale removals will be planned in and arranged between ClwydAlyn and the successful contractor and are decided based on budget / condition of asbestos / large upgrade & refurbishment works
