Car Park Repair Works - Front Car Park, Cyncoed Campus

Description of the goods or services required

Cardiff Metropolitan University wishes to tender for the appointment of a Contractor to carry out car park remedial works at the University’s Cyncoed Campus. The contract area is a regular Cardiff bus route, so it is essential that this is taken into consideration. Primarily, the contract will consist of the following elements:

• Car park repairs and reconstruction

• Provision of road markings after re-surfacing works have taken place

• Gullies and chambers to be made good

• Traffic management and notification to Cardiff Bus

Please note that the following work is excluded from this requirement:

• Any works associated with the anticipated Electric Vehicle Charging area.
