Conwy County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as the Client) is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor (for clarity, reference to Tenderer within these documents should be taken as having the same meaning as Contractor) for the performance of the following contract:

Total quantity or scope of tender

The works comprise of the construction of a sub-station concrete plinth and associated trenchworks at Conwy County Council Depot based on Builder Street West in Llandudno (as defined within the contract documents). Trenchworks are required for future proofing the site for the inclusion of Electric Vehicle Charging Points which will be required to the outline of the site (by others). Disposal of all dig material to a licensed tip. The liaison with SP Energy Networks is required as Earthing Pads/sheet will be installed and supplied by others before the concrete is cast in-situ.

Including submission of all details and provide enclosures.
