Title

Refurbishment of rooms H102, Hirwaun building, Treforest Campus

2.2

Description of the goods or services required

To undertake a refurbishment to create separate office, meeting rooms, storeroom and waiting room areas.

Works to be undertaken include basic demolitions, ceiling alterations, lighting repositioning, new insulated partition installation, new door installations including fitting Salto locks, installing security camera/monitor, minor electrical works for new AV installation, new radiator installations (including Thermostatic Controls and isolation valves), decoration and replacement carpeting.

Structural works to storeroom. Details to be provided when available.

New lighting to be installed in nearby stairwell.
