The provider will be working in partnership with Cyngor Gwynedd on this contract. The purpose of the contract will be to focus on opportunities to do things differently and adapt to provide help and support for people across Gwynedd, with wellbeing and community being at the centre of this. We want to be able to walk alongside people, families, and communities to build resilience, personal relationships, choice, and control. We want solutions rooted in communities that will help lessen the possibility of people reaching a crisis or being adaptable enough to help and support them if they do.

2. Express an Interest in the tender
