Museum of Two Halves - Full Business Case Author & Advisor on the Museum Business Plan

Description of the goods or services required

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) wish to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to produce a Full Business Case for the Museum of Two Halves project that meets the requirements of HM Treasury Green Book for presentation to Wrexham County Borough Council and the Welsh Government. The consultant will also be required to review, challenge and support the development of the Business Plan (being developed internally) for the new joint Football Museum for Wales and Wrexham Museum. The Full Business Case is to be completed for submission to the Gateway Review (Welsh Government) for early 2024. The Museum Business Plan will be submitted to the National Lottery Heritage Fund in February 2024.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The budget is to be determined; however, the budget will be within the range of £30,000 to £40,000 (plus VAT). Wrexham County Borough Council will not accept tender submissions with prices above £40,000 (plus VAT). Such tenders will not be evaluated.
