Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Trivallis’ Swn Yr Afon, Gilfach Goch Sheltered Scheme to meet RNIB standards.

The works involve the installation of a new external lighting system designed by Ansell Lighting to meet RNIB standards.

This call for competition exercise is restricted to contractors who sit on Trivallis’ dynamic purchasing system (DPS), Lot 5 – Electrical.

The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.

This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
