Description of the goods or services required
The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires the coordination and management of a public relations campaign for the Vale of Glamorgan (“the Services”). The Services are required through to end March 2025.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The Council requires a company with specialised expertise in the tourism sector to coordinate and manage a comprehensive Press and PR campaign for the Vale of Glamorgan destination for a period through to end March 2025 from inception.
In particular activity must concentrate on targeting new markets to the Vale, those where the Vale is unknown to them and tapping into opportunities to raise the profile of the destination to potential new visitors.

Minimum standards and qualification required
The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon.
Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.
