Abstract

Social Care Wales are looking to appoint a suitable provider or consortium to help us understand the most effective, evidence based approaches to leadership development in social care for those from minority ethnic backgrounds. We want to better understand what works so that we can develop and pilot an evidence-based leadership offer in phase two of this work.
