Space Utilisation Surveys

The University requires a supplier to carry out Space Utilisation surveys of the University’s teaching spaces. The surveys will cover over 600+ teaching spaces within 3 campuses and over 2 survey weeks. One week in 2023 and one week in 2024.

Survey outcomes will inform future strategic planning.

The surveys will cover over 600+ teaching spaces within 3 city-based campuses, once a year in October.

Campuses to be surveyed are: -

Cathays Campus

Newport Road Campus

Heath Campus

Plus 1 building located in Cardiff City Centre

The University reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part.
