This procurement exercise is for the appointment of a main contractor and sub-contractors to deliver the Refurbishment of nos. 53 and 55/56 Park Place in November/December 2023.
The proposed works on the ground and second floors of 53 Park Place include: damp works, the addition of a ground floor accessible WC, lighting upgrade, decorations and new floor coverings.
The proposed works on all floors of 55 and 56 Park Place include: installation of a new access ramp and accessible tea point on the ground floor, the formation of a new opening between the two properties, making good following dry rot treatment, lighting upgrade, decorations and new floor coverings.

Additional Information
Access to the Procurement documents on the University's E-tender portal (In-Tend), will close at 5pm on the 18th August 2023 in order for Site Visits to take place W/C 21st August 2023. Further details regarding site visits are contained in Schedule 2 - Specification.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders.
The University reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part.
The University reserves the right to annul the tendering process and not award any contract.
