Description of the goods or services required

Scolton Manor (SA62 5QL) is an all-weather attraction approximately 5 miles north of Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire. In summary, it comprises 60 acres of park and woodland, outdoor play areas, welcome centre and gift shop, Victorian manor house, beekeeping centre, walled garden, and tea-room. Located in the heart of Pembrokeshire, Scolton Manor is a well-used community facility, and is open every day attracting over 150,000 visits a year.

This opportunity relates to the requirement for the design and, potentially, the build and installation of a high quality, flexible and durable exhibition and play fit out within a large [437m²] building at the bottom of the Scolton Manor site.

The aim of the exhibition and play fit out is to provide a fun and engaging family experience relating to the environment and sustainability, with heavy references to the climate emergency and the part that both nature and people can play in addressing the challenge.
