Description of the goods or services required

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (“The Council”) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver a service to adult unpaid carers. The service is aimed at residents of Merthyr Tydfil aged 18+ who are identified as carers either through a carer’s assessment or through self-identification.

The service must provide support to carers regardless of the diagnosis of the cared for and will not be targeted at a specific carer group (e.g. Older People / Learning Disability etc.)
