The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the council”) requires the internal refurbishment at 80

Redlands Avenue, Penarth. CF64 2QJ. “the Agreement”).

The Works will be in accordance with this Request for Quotation and JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 (“the Agreement”).
