Appointment for Digital Design Partner for Xplore! Website Redesign

Description of the goods or services required

Xplore! has secured Shared Prosperity funding from the UK Government that enables us to invest in our visitor experience, starting with the procurement of a new website.

A new website design and development is needed in order to stay current and competitive and meet the needs of our visitors. Xplore! has an existing marketing coordinator who will manage the site once it is complete, but we will expect a level of on-going support.

The summary of the scope of this contract will be follows:

To create a number of key webpages.

These pages all need to be created based on a mobile-first design.

Each page needs to meet the accessibility requirements.

Once the project is completed, all work will sit with the internal team

Ongoing site maintenance will be required.

EPOS integration optional but preferred (ideally with our current eposNOW system).

Web hosting optional but preferred

The Targeted contract dates will commence early November 2023 and is expected to be completed by 31st March 2024 for the initial website redesign and development.

The maximum budget allocated for the website redesign and support and website hosting costs up to 31st December 2024 needs to be within a grant funding budget of £25,200 inclusive of VAT.
