Description of the contract

Consultancy Services to support Placemaking Delivery Next Steps (August–October Tasks). The tasks are:

• Supporting the process to agree the sites and properties

• Drafting and agreeing briefs and budgets for the commissioning of the Delivery Action Plan and Feasibility Studies for the agreed set of sites and properties

• Completing reports and updating the Programme and Risks Schedule

• Providing input to the Feasibility Study procurement, assisting with responses to clarifications and input to review of submissions to help in the selection of an appropriate team of consultants.

The Placemaking Plan is about improving the centre of Wrexham and encouraging people to re-imagine and influence how it should look, feel, and function. Specifically, we want placemaking to promote better design and development, and help establish more appealing social, cultural, economic uses and activities.
