Transport for Wales (TfW) has a Social and Commercial Development Plan aimed at bringing under-utilised or disused spaces at stations back into use for social and commercial purposes. TfW is now delivering Phase two of the programme, which has been separated into a number of Lots, this tender is in relation to Lot Three and includes Llandrindod Wells Station.
The buildings at the station typically require building fabric refurbishment inclusive of mechanical and electrical works to bring the station buildings back into use.

TFW would like to remind all suppliers as per the ITT, that the Activity Schedule provided is a general guide and is not an exhaustive representation of the works.
therefore, we encourage all suppliers to include any items they feel should be included in the Activity schedule when submitting their tenders.
